TE due to 5 day-fever?

Hi,
I have a simple question, perhaps not so simple to answer.

I’ve had fever on and off, sometimes very high, for about 5 days. Is there anybody that can tell what probability there is that I will have TE in 3 months or so?

I am the paranoid type so during my sickness I made sure to eat a lot of fruits, berries, much water and other good foods even though my appetite wasn’t that good.

Is there a great chance that I will suffer from TE or am I just paranoid?
I will be grateful for answers, sorry for my English, I’m Swedish.

Not always and dont worry about it because stress can cause TE too.

Yeah, i know.

It sucks, you cant stress out about potential hairloss because it will cause hairloss.

Thanks!

I have read trough a lot of messages from people suffering from TE in different sites. Many discuss and point out reasons why they are developing TE like stress or fever for example.

But very often, when you read further, people suffering from TE mention that they also had “crash diets” or “didn’t eat for weeks”.

I get the impression that a good diet is very very important for a good set of hair, especially when going trough harsh times, like stress, illness, surgery etc. And that maybe, diet is the real cause of TE in a lot of cases!

Anybody have any thoughts?
