Pulse Wave Stimulation

Ok I few weeks ago I read in the paper that scientists have developed a device used to regrow peoples teeth. The device is no bigged than a persons thumbnail and uses some kind of pulse wave to stimulate the nerve in the gum to start regrowing teeth. Apparantly the device must be activated for 10 minutes 3 times a day for 4 weeks I think it said. In 4 weeks the tooth should be fully grown. In theory this technique can also be used to make bones (like your arms and legs) grow longer by stimulating the bone and the tissue to grow. This device will be released in 2 - 3 years for some reason even though it is test proven.

Well I know this forum is about hairloss but I was wondering that surely if they can use this pulse wave technolegy to grow back peoples bones and in theory grow peoples bones back then surely they must be able to develope a device that stimulates the hair to grow back.

Please post your thoughts and comments on this Smile . Tbh I cant find the article, I know I kept the paper as wen i read it this was the first thing to come into my head. I will look for the article later and will post mosre information on this device later, if anyone else can find anymore information on this new device please post information and link Smile .

Teeth are modified hair follicles (same cells involved, same basic mechanism of development) so who knows?
