Is anyone using Calosol

Is there anybody who is using Elias Bouras's product Calosol. If so is it working, I'm tempted to try it but would like to hear if anyone has had any success with it.

I have AT. I have been using calosol now for three months with no results. The producer says that it takes time when the consition is severe. However, there are other people on this board who have used successfully.Under search type calosol and you will see their messages.

Hi Jade,
My daughter has been using Caosol for the last 2 months. I can tell you that she has a lot of new regrowth. She had a strong reaction to the first treatment (very red scalp) that Elias sent us (I paid in advance). He has bent over backwards to find the right solution for my daughter. He has now sent me the third try. I have been in constant contact with him and I can tell you he is a real caring and honest man. I am now getting ready to use the new solution and see how it effects her. So far I would recommended it to anyone. For us, it seems to be working really well. As with any thing, some things work for some and not for others. I would suggest you give it a try, what do you have to lose? I know it is a little pricy, but it does last a long time. Please keep us posted if you do give it a try. I have taken pictures every month since I started.
Linda

I am still very unsure about this treatment.
At the moment my son is coping well with his hairloss and never wheres a cap. However I think he would lose all his confidence if he ended up with a very red scalp.Would you be prepared to talk to me on a one to one basis to discuss it in more detail.

HI Jade,
Sure, email me anytime at fingle123@aol.com . Just to let you know, the reason my daughters scalp was so sensitive to the treatment was because she was using DNCB for a very long time before using the Calosol. I don't think the reaction my daughter is getting is the norm with this treatment.

I am seriously thinking of starting the calosol treatment & have been e-mailing elias with 101 questions before I start. I first read about it over 1 year ago in the Telegraph, I only had AA then but have progressed to AU since end of Sept last year. The thought of never regaining my hair appals me, Elias has NOT given a guarantee this treatment will work for me but says there is a 30-40% chance with AU although he is getting better results with AA & AT. OK so it is 200 pounds sterling (sorry my pound sign isn't working!) for 6 months treatment. The only other treatment I've been offered is Dyphencyprone which is basically an acid treatment, which god only knows what lasting effect it has on your scalp. It is also only in a trail phase and could be discontinued at any time during the treatment. I really don't consider this an option. I do know of someone who has had complete success with, I believe, chinese medicine, but it was not one of the high street practitioners which I have had very bad reports about, it was a private registered individual. I am trying to find out more about this and will post again if I find out anything else. In the meantime I have to make a decision on the Calasol !!!
Anyone else had any success/ failure with the stuff ???

Hi all

I started using Calosol 2 months ago - no regrowth yet. However My AA turned to AU recently and therefore regrowth will take longer.

I live in hope - and the above comments about Elias are true, we are in constant E-mail contact since consultation and has lots of evidence and proof that Calosol has worked for lots of people. You only pay him a one-off consultation fee of 50 pounds sterling - after which he keeps on touch and futrher consultations are free.

Hi Lisa,
My daughter has been also using it for about 2 months and we do see lots of new hair growth. She has never been AU so maybe for her is it going a little faster. She still has patches that have no hair, but like you I have lots of hope. Does your scalp get red when you use the Calosol and how often are you using it. Good luck
