Hello Everyone.
This is Arvel here and I want to discuss about health topic. First Check Your Current Lifestyle like Are you overweight?,
1. Can you climb three flights of stairs without gasping and becoming breathless?
2.Do you sleep well?
3.Then For that firstly you have to lose your weight then Eating a balanced diet ,
4. Climbing stairs without getting out of breath , Increase flexibility,
5. Start morning walks, Eat fruit for breakfast.
Have Healthy and long life to all.
